Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-19
1. Who we are
Tramavia is a service operated by 9524-2426 Québec Inc., a company incorporated in the Province of Québec, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). When we refer to "the service" or "Tramavia", we mean our website and the tools hosted at tramavia.com.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to agree to these terms. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
3. Your content
Your works belong to you. All manuscripts, characters, places, events, and any other content you create in Tramavia remain your intellectual property at all times. We do not claim any ownership over what you write.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store your content on our servers and to display it to you through the service. If you choose to publish a work publicly via the Tramavia Library, you grant us an additional licence to display that work to readers — this licence ends when you unpublish the work.
We will never use your manuscripts to train AI models — neither our own models nor third-party models. This is enforced both contractually and architecturally.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Tramavia to:
- Publish content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy of others
- Host illegal content, including but not limited to content sexualizing minors
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure
- Abuse the service through automated scraping, excessive requests, or denial-of-service attempts
5. Pricing and payment
A free tier is available. Paid subscriptions will be offered through reputable payment processors when introduced. Applicable taxes (GST, QST) are added where required by law. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Data portability and deletion
You can export all of your content at any time in open formats (PDF, ePub, DOCX, Markdown, HTML). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data; we will comply within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain records.
7. Service changes and availability
Tramavia is in active development. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscribers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability but we aim for continuous service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability in any matter related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Any disputes will be settled by the courts of the judicial district of Terrebonne.
